Desktop Temperature-control Laser Soldering Machine
Laser Soldering Machine with Temperature Control System Laser Soldering Machine
This Desktop Temperature-control Laser Soldering Machine features real-time temperature control and high-precision CCD visual positioning (repeatability ≤ 0.02 mm), making it suitable for non-contact precision welding of tiny components.
The equipment is equipped with an intuitive visual programming interface and a compact size, making it ideal for R&D laboratories and small-batch production environments. It can precisely weld temperature-sensitive components (such as camera modules, RF connectors, and fine-pitch components) without generating mechanical stress or thermal damage.
Process Flow

Step 1: Laser temperature-controlled preheating of the solder pads Laser Temperature-Controlled Preheating of Solder Pad
The solder pads are irradiated with laser, and the process is monitored in real time by an infrared temperature sensor. The solder pads are preheated to the set temperature, activating the flux and removing the oxide layer, preparing for the subsequent welding.
Step 2: Laser-controlled temperature for high-temperature solder delivery Laser Temperature-Controlled High-Heat Solder Feeding
Under temperature control, the laser provides high heat to rapidly melt the solder (tin wire/tin paste) and send it to the pad position; the solder reaches a molten state under the laser irradiation.
Step 3: Laser temperature-controlled pad soldering Laser Temperature-Controlled Pad Filling
The molten solder is fully spread and filled onto the pads under the laser temperature control, forming a good wetting and intermetallic compound layer; the laser power is precisely controlled to prevent overheating.
Step 4: Laser temperature-controlled soldering point insulation Laser Temperature-Controlled Heat Preservation
The laser reduces its power to enter the insulation stage, maintaining the solder joint temperature within a reasonable range, ensuring that the solder flows fully and forms stably, and avoiding thermal stress damage.
Step 5: Laser off and cooling Laser Off and Cooling
Turn off the laser, and the solder joints will naturally cool and solidify (or be cooled with inert gas protection). This will result in shiny and full solder joints; the entire process is non-contact and has no risk of static electricity.
