The HNY-360CL is a fully automated, three-stage inline aqueous cleaning system designed specifically for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). It integrates a chemical wash section, a deionized (DI) water rinse stage, and a powerful hot-air drying module into one continuous production line.
This PCBA washer handles flux residues and ionic contaminants through a programmed sequence of pre-wash, recirculating chemical cleaning, multiple DI rinses, and final hot air blow-off, delivering dry, residue-free boards ready for coating or testing.
