Online temperature-controlled laser soldering
| Step | Stage | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Parameter Setting | The target soldering temperature is set by the operator via the Host Computer (PC interface). |
| 2 | Command Reception | The Microcontroller Unit (MCU) receives and processes the instruction from the host computer. |
| 3 | Laser Activation | The MCU activates the laser generator (Laser ON) to begin the heating cycle. |
| 4 | Heating Phase | The laser beam heats the solder pad, raising its temperature to melt the solder material. |
| 5 | Real-Time Detection | The Laser Temperature Detector (Infrared sensor) continuously monitors the actual temperature of the solder pad in real-time. |
| 6 | Feedback & Regulation | Temperature data is instantly fed back to the MCU. The MCU dynamically adjusts the laser output/power to maintain the precise set temperature, completing the closed-loop control. |

- This system uses infrared temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of the solder joints in real time, ensuring that the welding temperature is always strictly controlled within the set range to prevent damage to the pads and components due to overheating.
- As a non-contact welding process, this system does not generate mechanical stress when processing workpieces, and the heat generated is low and there is no static electricity. Therefore, it is very suitable for assembly where electronic components are highly sensitive.
- The laser has a fast heating speed and high welding speed, which can efficiently handle narrow areas and small components, and has lower space requirements.
- The visual programming based on the CCD vision system simplifies the operation, and the machine requires fewer consumables than traditional methods, thus saving costs.
- The proprietary 5-channel optical path coaxial chromatic aberration integration system integrates vision, infrared temperature measurement, indicator lights, laser, and shadow-free light into one optical path, providing a wider welding process tolerance range.
- In terms of production integration, this machine is equipped with a flexible assembly line with adjustable width, which can be compatible with different types of products and can quickly connect and interface with other online equipment, thus being very suitable for modern surface mount technology (SMT) production environments.
