PBT-1200T | Electric developing cleaner
The PBT-1200T electric development cleaning machine is suitable for steel mesh, copper mesh, micro mesh and crystal disk and other types of mesh cleaning; It is also suitable for cleaning circuit board, fixture, scraper and other similar products and appliances.
Process Flow
Manual load screen → 360° rotating liquid spray wash (1–5 min) → rinse (1–3 min) → compressed-air dry (1–3 min) → 4-stage循环过滤 → auto liquid make-up / drain.
Application
Cleaning of screen, plastic, microporous and wafer-disc masks up to 1 200 × 1 200 mm; removes printing inks, glues, silver pastes, etc. from SMT stencils and precision meshes.
