Process flow
Manual feeding – Set cleaning parameters – Run the three-color lights (the green light indicates that the operating conditions are met) – Perform pressurized cleaning operation – Discharge the cleaned wastewater – Indoor air drying – Manual feeding;
By decomposing water, a very fine water mist is produced. This water mist has strong kinetic energy and is sprayed at the speed of sound (approximately 360 meters/second) to the dust suction nozzle, thereby forming a continuous energy field above the dust suction nozzle for cleaning work.
Remove dirt on the surface and inside. The independent cleaning design uses non-destructive dust suction nozzles.
Application fields
The PBT-40 automatic vacuum nozzle cleaning machine is an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and integrated cleaning equipment that combines batch cleaning functions. It can achieve automatic online cleaning and drying functions.
It is mainly used for cleaning the nozzles of SMT machines in the surface mount technology (SMT) workshop.
