This is a 4-axis high-precision fully automatic press-fit machine, designed for the press-fit assembly of connectors. It is specifically engineered for pressing large and medium-sized precision connectors such as high-speed backplane connectors, optical cages/modules, and IO connectors into PCBs using high force.

Ultra-High Pressing Force System
- 30KN Press Capacity: Equivalent to approximately 3 tons of pressing force, suitable for press-fit type connectors requiring substantial insertion force to seat the pins into PCB holes.
- Closed-loop Force Control: The Z-axis servo system combined with high-precision force sensors provides real-time pressure feedback, live curve monitoring, and automatic data saving. Automatic alarms trigger for abnormal conditions, ensuring precise control of the press-fit process and connector quality.
Intelligent Press Head Management
- Automatic Head Changeover: Features a built-in magazine with capacity for 60 press heads (6×10 arrangement), allowing automatic selection and exchange of different press heads according to connector specifications.
- Flexible Alignment: The upper press head adopts a flexible auto-alignment mechanism to guide the connector properly during pressing, preventing hard contact that could damage the PCB or connector.
Precision XYZR Four-Axis Control
- High-Precision Positioning: XY-axis repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, combined with an XY Table support system, ensures stability when pressing on large PCBs (up to 400×500mm).
- Adjustable Track: Supports PCB widths from 100-500mm, offering strong compatibility with various board sizes and types.
Software & Traceability
- SPC Functions: Includes Statistical Process Control and full traceability capabilities. All pressure curves are archived for quality tracking and process verification.
- User-Friendly Interface: Windows 10 operating system with support for both offline and online programming methods.
