Dual-mode loading design
Vacuum suction mode: For single-sided bare boards, a vacuum suction cup is used to pick them up, avoiding damage to the surface of the circuit board
Push-and-feed mode: For double-sided boards with components already attached, a mechanical push-and-feed method is adopted, which is stable and reliable
Efficient material changing system
Three-layer magazine design (1 on top and 2 below), when the current magazine is used up, it can quickly switch to the standby magazine, with the magazine changing time being only 30 seconds, maximizing the equipment’s operating rate
Intelligent step distance adjustment
Supports 1-4 gears (10mm step) for magazine step distance adjustment, compatible with different thickness PCB loading requirements
Full range coverage
Four models cover the full size range from 250×350mm small boards to 460×530mm large boards, meeting the production needs of various products such as smart phones, consumer electronics, and industrial control boards
Typical application: Automatic loading at the front end of the SMT production line, supply of boards at the front end of the DIP assembly line, and any process node that requires automatic single-piece loading of stacked PCB boards.
