Product Overview
The stress test instrument is a portable stress tester, designed for stress testing applications including:
- PCB sub-board stress testing
- Circuit board ICT stress testing
- FCT stress testing
- Assembly stress testing
- Drop stress testing, etc.
Features
- Modular architecture: Adopts a modular design. Each strain acquisition module is equipped with 8 or 4 acquisition channels, which are non-expandable.
- Data storage: Connects to the host via a USB interface, enabling long-term data storage on the host hard drive.
- Sensor compatibility: Supports signal acquisition from 120Ω / 350Ω strain gauges (different modules are required for different resistance values).
- High sampling rate: The maximum sampling rate reaches 10 kHz (simultaneous sampling for 8/4 channels).
- Multilingual UI: The operation menu adopts a dialog-box interface with Chinese/English bilingual support, enabling simple and fast operation.
- Compliant & automated reporting: Compliant with international strain gauge testing standards, Intel specifications and IPC-9704 standards. Supports one-click automatic report generation with built-in “Pass/Fail” judgment.
